Do you ever feel fresh and clean while you’re keeping track of your hygiene? When we leave the house, we try to keep track of how we know that we are responsible about staying neat and organized. Feeling like this is how we feel good about our bodies, feeling good about ourselves. I’m here to help you how to feel fresh and clean.
In this generation, we are being aware of how we take care of each other and most importantly ourselves. We want to set a good example for everyone to appreciate what we have to feel good on the inside and outside. Sometimes we have trouble keeping track.
In my opinion, I stay fresh and clean by using my favorite skin care products, staying hydrated, and being aware of my body odor by using my favorite fragrances. My personal favorite for body and room spray fragrances are rose, vanilla, cherry blossom, ocean, and lavender.
Now I’m going to tell you how you can stay fresh and clean.

Take a Shower Daily
Taking a shower is a good way to wash away the stress and dirt to make you clean and smell better. I use to take a lot of hot showers until I realized that my skin was drying too fast. If you take showers daily, then I highly recommend warm ones to prevent dry skin.
I recommend reading AuthenticallyDel if you’re looking for a shower routine. It was very helpful for me.
Wash & Keep Your Hands Sanitized
Keeping your hands clean is very important, especially at a workplace. It will wash away the germs and bacteria and prevent everyone from getting sick. The correct way to wash your hands is to count to 20 while scrubbing your hands. Don’t wash your hands too often because your hands will dry even if you use hot water.
Watch Your Diet
Eating healthy is another way to feel fresh. Food hygiene prevents germs from spreading in foods. Poor diet can lead to bad breath, rotting teeth, and foot odor. If you want a good healthy diet to keep you fresh and clean, I highly recommend trying produce (fruits and vegetables), whole grains, fat-free milk, meat, fish, eggs, and nuts. And always brush your teeth.
Also eating three meals a day is very important to keep track of your diet.
Skincare Routine
Skin care is important to avoid breakouts, treat your wrinkles, and keep your skin clear.
If you want to keep track of taking care of your skin, wash your face twice a day, drink 2 liters of water daily, and avoid using bad chemicals for skin.
Here are some skincare for cheaper products that someone has recommend me to get and it changed my life. It showed me how I can budget my money better:

Remove Makeup
The question is does makeup make you more beautiful?
Makeup is something you wear in the daytime, and it’s important to remove makeup before going to bed. Removing makeup helps to prevent your pores from clogging, dull skin, and breakouts.
The truth is that you don’t need to hide your true beauty behind that mask. You are beautiful just the way you are.
“Beauty is not in the face, beauty is a light in the heart.”
Kahlil Gibran
I highly don’t recommend using make up wipes because it will wrinkle your skin.
Have Clean Clothes & Bedding
Having unwashed bedding can cause your skin to break out, allergies, and asthma. It is important to wash your clothes and bedding because it helps you keep up with good hygiene.
Surround Yourself With Nature
Feeling the breeze outside with a nice scent makes me feel fresh. You can take a nice walk at a park or a garden. Nature doesn’t only give me fresh air, it is stress relieving.
